After spending 32 years in the private sector working for Ford Motor Company/Visteon in finance, human resources, training and management development Tom took early retirement. Shortly after this he worked in the public sector as a part-time pension lecturer. The knowledge, experience and extensive skill set, developed over the years, allows Tom to make cogent, constructive contributions as an Independent Assessor.
